Default Picked up RCSB V6

Like the title says I just picked up a 99 GMC Regular Cab Short Bed Sierra. Great looking truck inside and out. The only bad thing I know about is it has a blown head gasket. Getting parts from a local parts store I can fix it myself for 100 bux. my question is what is the best head gasket to go with? It has the 4.6L in it and I'm only looking to spray it or put a small turbo on it for some fun.

Thanks,
Steven
