You know i dont necessarily hate hemi owners, i dont know every individual dodge owner so thats very broad. I do however hate that dodge put the HEMI name to shame with these underpowered trucks. My question is; where is this 345 hp that dodge advertises? It sure as hell isnt hitting the pavement. I do however hate the "Im a badass because i have a Hemi and you are a slow chevy" mentality that the average hemi owner posesses. No offense to hemi owners cuz they are really fun to run against. LOL

I think they are really over rated IMO, this is the slip on a Ram 4x4 Mods-K&N air filter, Flowmaster 40 Series(no resonator), Power Wire

I think i could have taken him and im stock.

Oh, no doubt there's a lot of cocky Hemi owners out there. I test-drove my sister's SRT4 tonight and had a stockish QC 4x4 trying to go with me.

And the 345hp definately doesn't show up on the dyno, but I did had my ~5100lb raceweight truck running 14.9s stock. Which realistically would mean 290-300rwhp (but I would only pull 265rwhp on a dyno, stock). I think its the aggressive torque management and partially very heavy trucks. The last gen GMs tend to be 300-500lb lighter for a particular configuration, which definately gives an advantage.

Plus DC tunes the powertrain so soft, the new Superchips for 04+ Hemi's (I know... junk) drops 1/4 mile times by 5 tenths, and they only show 10-15rwhp on the dyno

But back to the kill stories, sorry for the de-rail. I enjoy hearing about cocky owners getting their lunch ate as much as the next guy Besides, this Hemi Ram is going to be sold for either a Trailblazer SS or a Cherokee SRT8 pretty soon.

We have a couple of quick RC HEMI's around town, but they have a little stuff done to em. Also have a QC that runs 12's but I think hes sprayin a 200 shot. I wanna run one with the new setup witch is still rated at only 325 hp. and I'm in a 4x4. Should be fun
