Default paging shark_g

Do you have a rollpan on your truck? I noticed that you have the Magnaflow cat-back and was wondering if you could post some pics of your exhaust so that I could see it with a rollpan. I have been considering this exhaust since Saturday when I read in the new StreetTrucks(sp?) magazine that it gave an '02 4.8 about 20hp.

I sure don't have a roll pan. 20 hp.....
Was this at the rear wheels or at the crank. In the April issue of SportTruck they did a before and after dyno run with this system and put out 12rwhp. BTW, this was on a 03 5.3.

I really don't remember if the 20hp was at the wheels or at the crank. I was just skimming through it at the store and then I left, of course without the mag. I will check to see if it was at the wheels because I thought that was a lot of hp to gain from just a cat-back.

Thanks for getting back to me about having or not having a rollpan. I just wanted to see what it looked like with one.

Shark_g - finally made it back to the store yesterday and found the article in the "StreetTrucks" mag. Well I read through it again and it really doesn't specify where those numbers came from. When the article talks about them though, it says they are "peak" numbers. I am guessing that is what they got from the dyno. Here are the numbers exactly: 20 peak hp and 23 ft/lbs torque.

Do you know the part number of the cat-back that you have on your truck?
