Default Paging creederado or gmc ski

I just bought the Q1A's off of xlr8nss that gmc ski had. Will these fit on a truck with just a 2 inch shackle or are they too short. I wrecked my truck last week and will probably get a new one and it wont be lowered right away but I would like to use the shocks if I can. If I can't I will sell them.

I think GMC SKI has skipped out on us man, I sent him a pm about a lil over a week ago and still no response. I am doin a 4-link right now and I need to know what length of a shock I need and the spring rate I need to get.

The shocks I bought, were close to the lenght of the Bilstiens I had for a stock 2wd height truck. So they should be fine for a 2" shakle. I havn't bottomed them out or over extended them with my 4" leafs,

My Old Link

I still stand by them,
1-4 is great at the track,
4-7 is nice for the road
7-12 is really stiff

no analogies sicko's

I will try them when I get another truck but I may go ahead and lower it also. I am with you I think they will be a great shock. Everyone I have ever know to use them love them. Thanks for the info and I will let you know how it goes.

2tone, if you go to gmfullsize.com, there are a couple threads over there that tell you how to calculate your spring rate and shock length if you're doing a coil-over set-up. Hope that helps.
