OK, so about a month ago, I ordered a transcooler from pace parts, and the price was VERY low. Well got an e-mail saying they had none in stock. Well, about a week ago I go an e-mail with a price correction and they asked if I still wanted the transcooler. Well, I didnt wanna pay the new price for it and I told them that. Well, they cancled my order. Checked my bank account online today and had a charge to pace parts for what I assume to be a 20% restocking fee. and for the record, we are talking about an $80 price difference on a tranny cooler. So I am going to call pace parts tomorrow and get this straitend out. Any advice?

I'll be pissed if they do that to me. I ordered the same cooler, they said it was out of stock, and asked if I wnated to cancel the order, of have them ship it out as soon as it came in. For that price I deffinatly wanted it. I got that same Pprice correection e-mail today, but didnt have time to respond. Hey, its not my fault someone entered the price ON THE INTERNET SITE wrong. If they charge me a 20% re stocking fee all hell will break loose. Man Now I'm hot just from reading this thats

wow.. ya that is bull.. ive found on a few web pages that there have been some typos.. i doubt they will charge a restocking fee... hell they didnt even have any in to begin with.. lol might as well have it stocked for when someone does order it.. and why so much for a tranny cooler.. what type is it?

i got charged for something, I am off work tomorrow, I am gonna call and find out what...and if I dont have a trans cooler in the mail all hell will break loose (wonder if I should record the convo for net playback)

I am going throught the same **** right now, they tell me ok shipped today then you call back and they say we should have it in a week then we will ship it.AHHHHHHHHH I wish they were just honest like this, Yes sir we dont have any now so we will ship it in the next year or so. At least I know it will be on the way!!!

Aight here we go...I called PaceParts today, and talked to Greg...after about 30sec on the phone with greg he put in a refund to my account...so I must say, although I didn't get my TransCooler, I am quite pleased with the service at PaceParts
