ill replace the injector harness on the passenger side first.

If that doesnt work, then ill get the crank sensor.

Amazon.com: GM 12585546 58X Crankshaft Position Sensor for GM LS Series Engines: Automotive Amazon.com: GM 12585546 58X Crankshaft Position Sensor for GM LS Series Engines: Automotive

I probably hit it a bunch of times when I was putting the starter back in.

my father in laws truck had a p0300 code for a very long time. Its a 03 Silverado 2500HD 6.0, we replaced plugs, wires, injectors. Still it threw the code. We did a CASE relearn through HPTuners and the code hasn't come on since.

Good to know.

I sent my injectors out for cleaning and flow testing. All came back fine. I will re install them and hope for the best.

Im planning on it running the same and then ill make an apt with my tuner to have him check everything out and do the crank re learn while hes plugged in.

I had the p0300 for a while, took it to the dealership to no avail. I found and fixed the problem. If your truck is neer the salt belt you will find the crankshaft sensor has rust built up under the base of it. I scraped the rust out and reinstall with lots of grease, p0300 has never returned. I have read that there is also a crank relearn process but requires dealer scan tool.

There is a TSB for the front brake sensors doing the same thing, repair is the same.

vacuum leak(s) have been known to cause a random misfire DTC as well - like chasing a rabbit down a hole sometimes with these trucks.

You know an aftermarket cam, even a torque converter can trigger random misfire codes. If you have those modifications, or more, it's probably false. You can raise the amount of times it detects a misfire before it throws a code, in the tune. My false misfires were preventing the stock torque converter from locking up. Some people report cruise control stops working as well.

If you're heavily modified, i would max all the misfire tables to 34726 or whatever the max is, i forget. That solved my issues. Or you could raise the values until it stops, but that could take forever.

Fyi, i dont believe these are ignition misfires, more like the cam/crank poisitioning wasnt perfect when the ignition fired. Hence, an aftermarket cam would cause the issue. Which really isnt an issue, its just not stock...

Tune it out.

Cam/crank correlation relearn can be done with a snapon scanner as well not sure about other brands but its in the special functions list, and there was one vehicle, express van like an 02, i cant remember where at moment but ended up being buried somewhere stupid like security data or somethjng
