i'm not really a fan of black vehicle/black wheels. Unless of course, there's a polished lip and chrome center cap, with a very thin 5 or 6 spoke design and some big discs behind it.

Can't beat black/chrome though.

Hell yea! That truck is sick! Im gonna keep my wheels and black my truck out. That truck just sold me on my plan!! Thanks diehard!!

Im not a fan of the black wheels either other than like you said. You gotta have that fat polished lip!! It looks great and thats what i was planning to do but that truck looks way tighter!!

I know too well!!! That damn bumper has touch-up paint all over it!! LOL!!! Tim Lane told me to get it powdercoated. So, I'll take it down to Allied Powdercoatings off of Scott st. one of these days and get er done.

Go all black and keep the Centerlines. To me nothing is cleaner than that. Ever since the SS and the Tahoe Z-71s came out, I've been floored to have an all black truck.

LOL. Yea, you do know just as well as i do on that one. It was a good job but it just didnt hold up as well as i had planned. Touching it up all the time way getting a little old too. lol If i didnt travel the highway all the time with all the 18 wheelers and ****, it probably would have been nowhere near as bad.

I have finally decided what i think im going to do... Is everyone ready???? LOL!

Since my tax return is gonna be a nice size, i think im going to go all out and bag the truck! That way it can be up when i need to clear something and still lay out when i want it to. Cant beat that. Its going to be built as practical as possible as it is going to still be my daily driver. I dont want to hop it or drag it or whatever. I just want it to go up and down and be reliable. I may consider draggin it if i get some drag blocks but i will NEVER drag my frame. Im going to keep the centerline 22's and get some 265/30-35/22 tires and black the rest of the truck out completely other than the esky handles, billet bowtie bowtie and lights. I cant wait!! Its gonna look sick!! Im taking it to the shop to have the guy give me an exact quote on everything i will need to do the job and to ask what would be the best way to bag it without losing the reliability of the truck. He does very high quality work and his prices are good too! Ill probably run Slam specialties bags with all 1/2" lines and a nice set of valves. I want to run at least a 4-link if not a nice 6-link with FBSS and an onboard compressor. Like i said, it is a daily driver so i dont want to get too crazy with it. Just want it to have all the cool **** that a nice bag setup has but still be basic enough that i wont be tearing anything up. No need to run nitrogen because not only does it get expensive filling the tanks every week but its not needed unless i plan to hop it or something. The bed will be tubbed with the nice cover welded in so the bed will still be functionable. Good thing i havent put my LT's on yet. I may need to sell them and go with shorties instead if i do bag it. I guess i will know for sure on monday when i talk to the shop.

I was inspired by slimm 44 and sick boy!! lol

Its a local shop here in friendswood. Ive seen the guys work and i gotta say, i am very impressed! Last time i went to his shop, they had a magazine truck there that he himself bagged and body dropped on 22's with all kinds of custom interior and fiberglass work. Not to mention, the system in the truck was by far the meanest system ive ever heard which he also put together. I cant remember the name of the shop but there were some other customers vehicles there that he had bagged and they all looked sick as hell! He quoted me $3000 bucks max to bag mine with slams, 6-link, 1/2" lines with bad *** valves, FBSS, onboard compressor etc. Thats using all the good ****! You may have seen the truck im talking about on the cover of a magazine. Its a ford explorer sporttrac and the base color is tan. It has full graphics. Its the sickest sporttrac i have ever seen! Im going to run by there monday and see what he says. He seems like a reasonable guy and personable guy so maybe i can get him to cut me a little deal.

Plans sound great! What LTs do you have? I know my dynatechs tuck up under the truck well and I have seen pics of Scream's truck with the Pacesetters and them tuck up well too!

$3000 sounds kind of cheap for a full bag setup. Is that installed or just for parts? If you know what he is using and it is good quality stuff, go for it.
