Default oil life % from computer

Group,
I've got an 02 silverado. Is there any way to get my oil life left from the computer (with out a laptop or interface)? Also, is there any other neat things to know about the truck?

Thanks, TA69man

if you have driver information console then yes you see all the stuff like hour log, annual log, average mpg, but oil life is useless. i just change every 3000, but i'm sure 5000 is ok too

Just hold the trip reset button in with the ignition off it will flash the mileage and then the hours. I checked mine yesterday and it has 2391 hours.

That's total hours on the cluster BTW. That's not resetable.
