Default Oil leak

Has anyone ever had an oil leak from their head gasket? I'm asking because I have an oil leak on the passenger side of my truck. But if I idle the truck it won't leak. But if it sees any boost, somehow oil is getting on my exhaust manifold and smoking. But I can't see anywhere where the oil could be coming from

It's certainly possible, but are you sure the valve cover isn't leaking? There isn't any pressurized oil flowing up into the heads that I know of so there shouldn't be oil forcing its way out the gasket.

I'll check that tomorrow. I'm just pissed that I can't figure it out. I've already had to fix tons of oil leaks, replace the oil pan gasket, both valve covers, pushrods. They hooked up an o2 sensor wrong.

It's not wet around there. it might be the valve cover cause it's in that area.

Check torque on valve cover bolts.

Valve Rocker Cover Bolt 12 Nm (106 inch lbs.)

I generally up to 120in/lbs if I see seepage.

It was the oil dip stock tube. Been taken off so many times the bracket that bolts to the head broke. Put a new one on and so far leak free!
