Default OBS Chevy cruise

Got a '97 Chevy 4x4 that the cruise doesn't work on. From what I have gathered its the stepper motor.

Where is it?
What does it look like?

Thanks.

Its at the end of the cruise cable. I mean honestly, not to be rude but is this a serious question?

And its probably got broken wires at the back of the multifunction switch like every other 95-00 OBS with inoperative cruise control. Not saying the cruise servo can't go bad but they don't go bad very often.
