Bosch are garbage, GM/Delco are good, but Denso's are my favorite, and they're the same price or cheaper than the Bosch's from Rock Auto also FWIW, my first factory O2 sensor went bad at 11k under warranty, and lost another one at 59k right before my trans went. Been running Denso's for the past 5k, and after 20 years with Toyota/Lexus and seeing the quality of Denso electronics, I'm sold on them
