Default Now I think I fudged up my o2 sensors....

At least one anyway. After dumping the gas from my nitrous kit, but no nitrous, my air/fuel has been acting kinda funny(well, more than normal). It is the cheap one that is wired into the o2 sensor. Well, on the way to town the other night, I got a SES light and it quit reading all together. The next day when I got back in the truck it was back to reading but acting crazy again and the SES light was still on.
Is this most likely the o2 sensor going out on me? It has 150,000 miles on it, and I have no idea how long these things last. I'll get it up to Advance and let my roommate scan it, but I'm pretty confident that is the culprit. Do I need to just go ahead and replace both of the front ones? The rear ones are cut off, so no worries there.

After 150,000 mine went out on my old truck. I've seen some places recommend changing them every 50,000. Ridiculous
