i know this has nothing to do with a truck, but how would i get a custom avatar? i have this sweet pic i want to be my avatar but don't know how to get it on the list of available ones.

You need to reduce your pic to 50x50 I think. Make a post in the "Suggestions and Feedback" section saying you want that avatar...and your set.
