Sounds like an exhaust leak on pass side.

Seems like normal header type noise. Mine has always done the same thing.

Sounds like a cracked header. This is not uncommon if the headers were only welded from the inside. In fact I just had to fix my Stainless Works headers for the same reason. I fixed them from the outside by welding around the primary onto the head flange.

Does seem to get louder but hard to hear with exhaust and engine. i took off the fan and started it up and held a piece of tissue paper around both header flanges to see if it was leaking but there didnt appear to be any.

not if its leaking on the bottom side of the flange. There was another member chris that had this same issue. I had him pull the header on the Pass side and he found the crappy aftermarket gaskets actually deteriorated and were leaking mainly on the bottom side.
