No start after engine swap

Default No start after engine swap

We have a 2004 Silverado and we changed the 5.3l to 6.0l. and it will not start. We hooked up a tech2 to it and there is no communication. to read the code or anything. It wont even get in. I'am thinking I'am having a ground problem.

Right side rear of engine ground is not hooked up.
