Its always a good idea to replace springs with a cam swap, Especially with your mileage. Springs are pretty cheap insurance that it will last. As for lifters, some say yes, some say no. Gears and a converter are a good bang for your buck especially on a heavy crew cab if you wana go faster.

You'll need springs and pushrods when you do the swap. As far as the tune, I went through Nelson Performance, but I have heard good things about all of the other tuners that sponsor the site as well, listed on the right of the screen.
