Default New Wheels and tires are on!

Well, was getting tired of the Swampers and how they rode and sucked for tread wear so I bought some new bling Picked up a set of new KMC Dime 20's and some 275 maxxis marauder tires. The tires ride awesome, have great rain traction (found that out today) and the package weighs a crap load less than my swampers did. Should help in ther performance/gas mileage categories. Can't wait to get the new motor in

Before:

After:

Bye Swampers

I took off the GMC emblems and the Z71 off-road emblem. I think it looks pretty slick now I have one more notch that I can bring the back down, what do you think? It's an adjustable shackle so I'll probably put it down one more to level it out

Ya I'm going to bring the back down another inch or so. I can't bring the front down anymore unless I pull the torsion bar and put new keys in but then my tires will rub lol. Think it'll look good with just the back down a tad? The front actually sits a bit lower on level ground but I'm on a hill in that pic

I like how your truck looks....before and after!! Since your truck is a Z71, I would have kept the swampers but that's just my opinion. The only thing I would do now is remove that ugly molding going down the side of the truck.

Ya I got tired of having to get under it to clean it after mudding and the tires rode like crap. It's sooooo much better now. The moldings would already be off but I had the truck repainted about a year and a half ago, and I had to replace my bed (unfortunate accident involving a blow-out about 70mph in the rain), well the bed was two-tone grey and red, but they painted with the moldings on. It looks awesome right now but if I pulled the moldings off you'd see a nice line going down the bed of my truck lol. I plan on repainted it here soon and fixing that dent in the hood.
