that forumn was set up for the edit tuners to go to to get info. i have talked to wait for me before about some problems. he was pretty cool. my post are prolly still on that board. i havent heard of any of his tunes though. imo get hp tuners or go to a reputable tuner. a tune is not the thing to get stingy on.

Please do not suggestively advertise for non sponsers

I don't think wait4me is a 'tuner', I think it's something he enjoys doing and just does it on the side. I've seen him help more than anything here, but I think 02's righ, that board was setup for tuning info, not to sell tunes.

 

And no ... he's not a mod here. He asked to be, but got laughed at.

 

mod here meaning on that site. i should have rephrased that. from what it looks like on the ebay auction he is trying to stir up some business.

 

I think that site IS his or something. If not, he prolly asked the same way he did hear to become a mod, and as small as the site is, what did they have to loose?

 

i emailed him and asked a few questions and he replied back. he seems like a friendly person. he stated that he does wander over into these parts so maybe he will chime in and tell everyone about his tunes.

 

I know wait4me he actually tuned my car here in Indiana. He also installed my headers. I hope to have him install my cam and retune soon. He definatly knows what he is doing and also is very well versed in all of the different tuning software. He has been tuning for along time and everyone that he has tuned for has been extremly pleased with his tunes. There were some articles over on the other ls1 board were he helped a sponsor on that board get some awesome dyno numbers out of a procharged 99 Z with his tuning. Do a search on the other board for procharged hugger orange 99 Z. I dont think I can say what the sponsors name is because they are not a sponsor on this board but they are out of Fort Wayne Indiana. Wait4me is a good guy and has helped me out with alot of issues with my car. He does alot of tuning for people mail order and he will even meet up with people to help them out. It was nice for me to know that I was dealing with someone who would help me out and not charge a fortune. I would not hessitate to have him help with any tuning issues.

 

i was impressed with the email i got from him. as i stated up above, he seemed like a very nice guy. i am tempted to give him a shot since i am tired of having a pred. plus he does free updates for six months.
