New tire combo...
Well I had to do some tire shoping today...23K on the OE Generals and I've got less than 2/32nds left and the winter rain has started.
Funny enough I got a good deal on some Futura Dakota H/T's. I chose a 235/75R16 for the fronts and a 265/70R16 for the rears. They are a soft compound and have a good contact patch (All-terrain block pattern)They are a 30.5" tire so they maintain near stock ride height but are 3.5 lbs lighter each in the rear and 5.2 lbs lighter each in the front.
All in all, they are great in the rain but surely make the truck look even less of threat on the street...has a very stock look to it, you can't really notice the tire stagger.
