New silverstars

Default New silverstars

Hey has anyone tried these new silverstars I saw on TV, are they any different or they the same thing. Im just curious.

I'm running silverstar high and low beam bulbs. They're a tad brighter than stock and the light is less yellow, more white. Super nice if you're on rural roads/hwys.

they got new ones...

up to 20% brighter and last 30% longer.

damn really those new ones are brighter, i might have to get me a new pair since im running the old ones.

New ones have a blue tinted filter on the bulb, the old ones are completely clear.

I hope so... because the life span on the current Silverstars absolutely SUCK! I have had them in 4 vehicles over the last 4 years... and cannot get more than 18 months out of them. I have already replaced one in my 06 Silverado... and I haven't had the truck a year yet. Super nice light at night... but at the price they want for these things I am almost ready to try something else.
