im sorry but i really dont see how you can say that the 2wd trucks arnt going to have at least the front flares i mean that things are molded right in with the headlights you guys that are saying that im sorry but i think that you are wrong..... unless gm made special head lights and fenders for the z71 take a closer look those arent flares those are the actual fenders and box sides

Seriously, that grille looks incredibly out of place on the front end. Why not have the painted look like the SUV's? The roof rack looks terrible as well, along with the flared fenders.

So GM is not going to introduce the new body style until 08, this is going to get some "getting use to it."

Man that thing just plain sucks *****!!
The grille is just stupid, too much chrome grille already Chevy!
I know the cross bar is a Chevy Silverado thing, like a tradition, but this rendition is just wrong.
Looks like 10 different people designed it without knowledge of the other's ideas, were just given overall dimensions of the part they needed to do and all the **** was bolted on together!!!
The only thing I like is the headlights.

I see what you guys are saying about the headlights and the fenders coming together. I would really hope for them to do away with the fender flares.
The fender flares may have a lot to do with areodynamics. So, then again, they might be staying. They could have broadened the cab a bit to match better with the flares. IMO. They could have done better though with the look.
I looked at a new 4wd Colorado today, and they do look a lot a like.
Other than that, it's ok.
