new fuel pump...maybe?

ok so if my truck is sitting for a few hours and i go to start it up, most of the time it starts up fine. but let's say i get that taco bell craving, i run to get a grilled stuffed burrito come back home and eat it. 30-45 minutes later i leave to go to the store for some tums and it takes 3 to 4 cranks to get the motor to turn over. what's going on? it been like this for a while now and i've got around 115,000 miles on the truck, could this be fuel pump related
truck sits for a few hours or more = starts up fine
truck sits for 5-10 minutes = starts up fine
truck sits for the time between = 3 to 4 try's to start up.

Check the fuel pressure regulator first. Just pull the vacuum hose off of it, if fuel leaks out, it's no good. Same thing happened to mine.
It's located in the middle of the driver's side fuel rail.
