Just got a chevy march madness flyer in the mail, seen something interesting chevy now has a short box extended cab available, since when was that news, are they refering to the super short box on the quad cab? also they call the new hood a power dome, thought that that was funny.

 

yeah they have an extended cab with the 4 foot or whatever CC box on it. Ive seen a few and they look real goofy. Its only an inch longer than a reg cab long bed if that helps for comparison.

I always thought it would be cool to see a reg cab supershort box, if anyone is good at photoshop lets see what that looks like.

 

I thought it was an "interesting" combination myself. I hadn't heard anyone talk about it on the forums so I was wondering if they were going to actually make it.

 

the ext cab short bed has been an option for a while now. and its always been the power dome hood.

 

The power dome hood is new for 06 in the 1500s. They used to only be in the HDs.

 

but they were power dome hoods right? thats all i was saying.
