They've been selling it down here in Mexico for like a year or so, the car looks really good sort of like a smaller BMW 3 series, the only thing it's they're slow as ****. The interior is nice, one of the best I've seen on a GM vehicle.

Too bad the SS isn't sold here.

I think you just answered my question.... Where are they built? I am guessing Mexico alongside of the HHR. Sad so sad.
I was going to buy an HHR a few years ago until I found out that all of them are built in Mexico. When I want to buy American, Damn it, I want it made in America!

It doesnt really matter if the sale goes to an American company or not if the people building it is in another country making less than $9.00 an hour. Those jobs should be here in this country, where they belong, putting Americans back to work making $15+ per hour. There are more import nameplates built in America than American ones. I would rather put Americans to work than Mexicans.

If those jobs were here instead of Mexico, that would put thousands of American people to work and would help our economy. The fact the sale goes to an American company dosnt mean ****, there not going to put it back into the economy like the American workers would.

The cruze looks like it could be a decent car but if its built in Mexico, I will advise against buying one. We need to help OUR country first, not Mexico! So, make sure the VIN# does not start with a 3 (MEX), 2 (CAN), or K (KOR). If you want to help America, Buy American!

I rode in one in China when I took a taxi somewhere. Hard to get a great feel for it from the back seat but it looked really nice. The driver was flinging it around too and it handled well enough.
