Default Nelson Performance

I had the 6.0 put in about three weeks ago called Nelson and told him the new plan no problem he sent me a reburned pcm for the 6.0. Problem is the pcm I recieved is I am assuming stock pcm. I ran it about a week before running it to around 98 when my truck shut off called him last thurs or friday and told him my problem. No biggy he says ups has already ran today ,but at the latest he will send it out monday morning. Alright that sounds good ,but as of today I still have no pcm. This is the first retune I have had in about a year and was expecting a little better customer service. I am just venting a little but would really like to see some better service.

Mail order tunes are just that , mail order tunes. Get it on a dyno and do it the way it should be done.

There's not a dyno here local so that is not an option. The deal is that I recieved a "bad" or "not burned" pcm talked to Allen and he told me it would be on the way Monday at the latest. I am yet to recieve my pcm.

I was in San Antonio this weekend and tried to drop off my PCM but I couldn't get a hold of him. I guess that was my fault for my calling him ahead of time but I forgot all about it. I just figured he would be in his shop at about 2 or 3 on a Friday afternoon. From what I have heard he has been a little hard to get a hold of lately. Hopefully I can find him when my truck is running again so I can get the street tune that I have been waiting for.
