Default need some input on brake problem asap

hey guys whats up? well two nights ago i did a lil burnout in my truck for the first time since i got it 3 1/2 months ago. maybe for 15 seconds at the most so nothing to big. well now my brakes suck, pedal goes to the floor at times but then the nxt time ill push it in quarter way and it brakes like it should seems lik if im driving down the highway for 10-15 minutes without touching them they work lik they should but while driving in town using them often they get real soft and the truck bearly stops. this happened right after the burnout so i must've broke something. im thinking either the brake booster went out and is not holding pressure or the master cylinder is shot. figured id ask on here b4 i start throwing money and parts at it if its a simple fix. thanks ahead of time!

I would check fluid levels and look for leaks on all corners. Could be a faulty brake booster.

still sounds like a leak.. try pumping up the pressure with the truck off and have some one under the truck while doing it

Brake booster makes concrete pedal when bad, not spongy.

Master cylinders are usually an all or nothing part.

Your ABS module may have a jammed valve or you haven't bled your system enough. I'd recommend a full flush with a power flush system if there is a shop with one. You also need to have the ABS module put into service mode (Tech II required) so you can properly bleed all the passages.

There is also a chance you're dragging a caliper, do any of your rotors exhibit signs of bluing or tempering?

rears might need to be adjusted now that you burnt some of the pad off.
