I have an extra. I might have the part number too. I'll look.

Seems like I have a lot of "extra" things sitting around.

I got your PM. I'm not sure how much its worth. Its brand new. No, more than brand new, virgin. I bought a used one and had it replaced under my warranty. This one is fresh out of the box, never installed, still has rubber plugs over the coolant barbs. I need to check on its value.

You need to find someone local with an 03 and swap TBs temporarily. Then test your issues with the other TB installed.

A new one on gmpartsdirect is 113 + shipping. If you have an old one that is broke I will take that one if it is unmolested too. The service guy said he's fixing to get audited and didn't want a hacked up TB for when he comes around. He said had he not have them coming, then yea, he would do it.

Let me know soon please. I am going to test a MAF tomorrow, and then the only thing left would be the TB or the controller.

On mine ... there is a small hole in the casting. I think during my porting it I got some metal shavings in there. I can only assume that the metal shavings that did get in there have messed up some of the electronics in it. I am almost 90% sure t's the TB.
