Default Need Corvette help?

I have a guy thinking about trading me his 2002 Z06 for my big truck. I got 2 tickets on Friday for being over the legal height here in Nevada, and I am wanting to get a Corvette so I might trade this guy. Can someone tell me what the differences in the engines from year to year and the differences from Z06, coupe and convetibles?

Thanks!!

well i know the regular C5s have an LS1, the Z06s is are LS6s which is a different head package with i think a different cam and intake producing 405 horses as opposed to the regular LS1 which i think is about 345

do you know anything about the year or if it is infact a Z06 or just a C5??
6spd?
vert, hardtop, or targa top?? if i remember correctly they only made Z06s in hardtop unless it was a special edition

more info

Here is what I know of it:

2002 Corvette Z06 Hartop, 6 spd manual, it has 60000 thousand miles. It comes with Drilled and slotted rotors, a borla exhaust cat-back, and cold air intake. It is electron blue, and has black leather interior. It also has heads up display.

From what I've seen on Streetfire.net and other video hosting sites.. the Z06 vettes HAUL.
They turn can turn 12.5s on the strip all day long, still get 30mpg and handle very nice.
Downside maybe insurance cost depending on your insurance company, driving records, ect... not to mention the lack of room for groceries, 2x4s and off road ability.

Not to mention that they turn lots of heads.

Well, a 2 seater is perfect sense I have no kids. 30mpg and 12.5 in a quarter mile is awesome for a stocker. I am getting excited!!

Insurance is cheaper with corvettes than most performance cars such as mustangs and camaros. Mine dropped over $30/ month going from a GT mustang to a corvette.

The ZO6 that year has different heads and cam than the regular C5.
