When you pushed the caliper pistons back in, all that fluid went back up into your master cylinder. If your master cylinder was full, then it wasn't able to hold the extra fluid. So it squirted out all over under your hood.

You started your engine, the manifolds got hot, the brake fluid started smoking.

Hey, post a vid of the white smoke.

I remember once when a member was all concerned about his white smoke, and after pages of ideas & suggestions, he finally posted a vid, and it was just condensation.

But a vid will help no matter what.

If the PCV valve gets stuck it can cause excessive pressure inside the crankcase. Over time this can cause the valve stem seals and the valve cover gaskets to fail.

Not sure if this is what's causing your specific problem but might be worth a look at.

111k the valve seals shouldnt be that bad yet.

Options:
(1) Valve seals
(2) Bad heads
(3) Excessive oil in the intake, when you jacked it up the oil ran into the intake runners and then is being pushed out of the exhaust. (kind of a wild and crazy idea but cant pass that idea up)

Also if it was the valve seals being so bad, itd still be spraying oil all over the side of the engine like you said it was doing last night. Which kinda makes me think option 3

You said you never noticed your truck losing oil between oil changes which makes me think its not bad heads nor bad rings all of a sudden. The spark plugs looked normal, a little carbon but no gummy burnt oil look.

Drive the truck to see if the white smoke clears up. If it does then you need to look into do valve seals and soon along with a catch can. Another thing i didnt ask is what heads are on the truck?
