Default Nbs map sensor and L92 intake manifold questions

I have a 2006 rcsb Sierra and my 370 is almost complete. Putting a set of tea TFS 255 and a L92 intake manifold. My question is what map sensor am I supposed to use? I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to use the original sensor for my truck but the hole for the sensor on the L92 manifold is bigger, the grommet dosnt seem big enough and the hold down strap dosnt fit it??? What is everyone doing for this??? All help is much appreciated.

Glue it... it's what the tbss and SSS guys do from what I have seen. On my L92 intake I ran a LS9 map but not sure if that will work on the older ECMs. Either way you have a first gen l92 intake if it has a strap the later ones use a bolt. Wish I could help you with a for sure answer but not really sure. Best bet is to try a map sensor that goes to that intake and have your tuner see if it will work. Would imagine it would. Connector might be different but they make harness adapters.

Tap it for 3/8 npt (its perfect size already) and run a hose to your map sensor.

Take tab off the end of the vacuum port on the right sode of intake and get a piece of rubber hose that will fit it and the nbs map sensor, had issues with wot fueling using the nnbs bosch style map sensor on my 99... The nnbs map is in the intake, the nbs map sensor is hanging off the side of the intake nestled snuggly below the nnbs engine cover

Iv also heard of people just using the map that belongs for there trucks and putting a different sized oring over the original grommet so it seals up good and using silicone to hold it down

I'm just trying to figure what I will have to do, I should be getting my motor in the next week or two and want to be prepared. I know there have to be at least a handful of people that have came across this issue before???
