My truck was rearended tonight *big pics*
Well, deep down in my mind I knew it would happen sometime. I managed to get all the way through my teens without my truck getting damaged. But less then a month after I turn 20, I get rearended by a lady that fell asleep behind the wheel.
This is how it happened. I was on my way to Wal-Mart about 4:30 pm to pick up some oil after getting my truck all nice and clean. While sitting in the left turn lane waiting to pull into the parking lot, a car hit me from behind, and then jumped the median into oncoming traffic. Neither one of us were hurt in anyway, and she did have insurance, so it could have been alot worse. From what I can tell, the only damage is to the lefthand bedside and the taillight. The bed cover, tailgate, and rollpan seem to be untouched.
Moral of the story, dont drive infront of crazy bitches that sleep and drive.
I backed up and blocked her in after she voiced that she was in a hurry, and was already late for something. She drove the grey dodge stratus.

Youre truck looks alot like mine it is sad to see that happen but........
get a roll pan welded in now it's the perfect oppurtunity plus if you ever wanted to shave that gas lid now will be the perfect oppurtunity.

The officer did give her a ticket for Careless driving, so that made me happy. I would love to get the pan welded in, but its events like this that make me scared to do it.
