Cam and double-chain timing set came in today. All I have left is the injector pigtails from Acceleronics. Jeff is supposed to be mailing them today, not sure if I'll get them tomorrow or next week. Just talked to the machine shop, and it's going to be next week for the shortblock. Oh well, I was hoping.....

Looks like you are going to beat me getting your stuff back together. I had to order some SCE ICS Titan head gaslets today since my Cometics are FUBAR, another 2 weeks

Two weeks for gaskets to come in? I guess I've been spoiled. Everything I ordered from TSP that they had in stock showed up 2-3 days later.

Looks like I'll have plenty of time this weekend to finish up the intake and wire in the Versafueler.

Question

No one makes the aftermarket injector pig tails a plug and play setup?
What do you have to do to your stock wiring then? I didn't want to have to hack off the factory plug ends.........
Any detail pics of this mod or how it's done?

Jim

Yes I will be using them, an 88mm turbo ought to suck up a good bit of fuel along with a 200 dry shot out of the hole if needed. The 83s are the same price as 96s so why not

man I wonder what the gas mileage would be after a WOT run. those are some serious injectors. and I thought my 24# stockers for the dune buggy were cool

Finished the fuel rails. I ended up cutting off the plastic mounting tabs and making my own mounts from a strip of aluminum. The rails are nice and tight
