When I left Deven house they were finishing put the 6.0 together with cam and springs from his 4.8. So in the morning they should be putting the 6.0 in the truck.

THATS WHAT SHE SAID!

we actually went from this...
at about noon.

to this...
at about 9pm haha

took so long because we got the drive shafts back after going to AAA Truck Recyclers for the 4L80E stuff and that took probly about 2 hrs. Working at a very moderate pace just making sure to get everything out ok without having anything fubar.

As you can tell motor is ready to go home and trans is sleeping under neath waiting for tomorrow afternoon. Let the assembly and tuning begin!

A very big thanks to all the guys who came and helped out. I really appreciate all of you. Any time you need a hand just let me know about a week ahead of time and you got it

Took me 3 days to take out the 4.3 and put in the 4.8, with about 1/2 a day wasted on waiting on AAA to pull the motor mount brakets, then i got all the flywheel and clutch stuff and was driving it. Got pulled over the first drive out haha.
