Default My center console latch broke. I can't find a part number.

I've looked and looked. I believe it's number 8 in this photo.

CK(36-43-53) CONSOLE/FLOOR (D55,D07, EXC Y91); CK(43-53) CONSOLE/FLOOR (D55,D07, EXC Y91); CK(53) CONSOLE/FLOOR (D55,D07); | Nalley Buick GMC Brunswick

Can anyone help me?

Thanks!

160.00 for a latch. Seems a bit crazy. It's a plastic latch. They're bound to fail. I guess I'll try my luck at a junkyard. Doubt they'll let me just buy the latch though. Hmm...

PM your VIN. I'll see what I can do.

I appreciate the offer. I could give you my VIN but I recently swapped out my factory seats for leather and a console. In a bonehead move, I tripped and dropped the console. Somehow it opened and broke the latch.

If I can't get another latch I'll either take the spring out of the lid, or Velcro it. LMAO!
