yes! It is starving for fuel I know that much!! Cuz when I rev it up. fuel filter connections are good

a flashing check engine light is a sevier (sp?) misfire..i think..

hold your hand over the tail pipe to see how much air is coming out as it idle's and when rev ed up.sounds like cat's gone bad imo

I still say it's the cats, the truck's motor can't exhale, and until that happens it can't inhale. it causes the exact symptoms you are describing.
