Default My bro's girlfriend bad experience last night

Last night my brother's girlfriend's Honda Civic really f'ed up after she left our house. While sitting at a stop light she sat there patiently for the light to turn green. Once the light turned green she gave the little Civic a little gas the all of the sudden the gas pedal slammed all the way to the floor, making the car take off. She couldn't stop the thing, it wouldn't slow down. She slammed on the brakes but still it didn't stop it so she slammed the emergency brake causing the car to do a 360 in the middle of the road. Once she got controll of the car ( the pedal still on the floor) she managed to direct the car into a parking lot, She then hit both sets of brakes causing the car to come to a brief stop. She threw it into park while the car was still reving at almost 7.5K rpms. The car died, she jumped out and called my bro to come get her. She was freaked out. I would be to if my truck just took off by itself. So now she is looking into a Jetta of VW bug. just glad she is ok.

my aunts firebird did the same type of thing with the cruse control. She finally had to throw it in park and shut off the engine.

Uhhhh.....Neutral and turn off the key, then turn it back to run so the wheel won't lock.

Glad she is OK.
