if anyone wants to go, there will be a few of us meeting up in greenville, ms to do test and tune. track is open from 3pm till midnight. This is going on this coming saturday which i think is the 12th. It is a 1/4 mile track.

 

It's starting to look like I'm going to be on my street tires. Could be an interesting day on those hard *** suckers. I'm doing my best to get some more shoes, though. We'll see. I have some other buddies making the trip, but Luke has to work Saturday night.

 

i told you i would run to thunder racing to pick some tires up for you.....if that is the issue.

 

I'm hoping to make it, but nothing definate yet. I might even be on the new rims. The rims came in but I just ordered my tires today, they might make it by Friday. If the do I'll probably have them put on Sat. morning. It won't have the 2/4 drop on it yet though. I haven't bothered to order the front springs yet. Where is Greenville anyways? 'Bout two hours or so from Memphis?

 

i wish i was only two hours away. it shows about a 4 and a half hour drive haulin *** from where i live. 4.8pwr, if you want directions to the track from your house pm your address and i will email you the directions.

 

John, found a set of Mickeys pretty affordable in Memphis at a shop. I'll probably make a trip up there sometime and pick them up this week. He set me a pair aside.

 

**** hot. i am happy you found a set. i was gonna feel bad if you ran on street tires just so i could run on the bfg's. either way, i told my wife you have some money races set up for me and she was like, "can you win, i don't have to worry about you losing do it" haha, i just laughed cause of what we talked about. anyway, i am all set to go. just gotta count the days down.

I found and picked up a set of Mickey ET streets today. They had one pass on them on a stock mustang, and I got them for $225. I wanted a set of real slicks, but I couldn't pass up the price. These tires look like they're going to hook. They are so much softer than a radial slick.
Riley, I don't know if I have your number or not, so pm me it again, and I'll call you either tomorrow or Friday and tell you where to meet up with us in Cleveland. You better make it down now that you've said something.

 

**** hot jeremy. now i dont' feel bad. i'll make sure to bring the wheels with me. unless you just are dying to try them out then swap them on over. it don't matter to me. you said we can mount the tires for free. so it isn't gonna hurt my feelings.
