John, no can do for me tonight. I was at the track tonight and got a call on a small family emergency, nothing serious, but I will be out of town tomorrow. I was really looking forward to some better times with the truck at Hub, but I don't think I'll be able to get on the road in time. I just got back home now, and I'll be heading back to Mathiston in the morning. Again, sorry about missing the meet. I'm sending the money for some underdrive pulleys Monday, and my seats are coming in this week, so maybe I can get them high 12s when Everyone has their trucks running and we meet up again. I may have a "few" other tricks up my sleeve by then. We'll have to see how everything pans out. Again, wish I could get up there.

Ok Jeremy, hope everything is alright. yea, after xmas when we all meet it should be a good time. and like you said, you'll have the pulley on and the seats in. low 12's i would think.

Matt I am still going if you read this. looks like it is going to be you and i this week. we might get lucky and find some other trucks there to beat up on.

Let me know how you guys did today. Everything is cool over this way, so I guess I'll get back to modding this week.

well, i ran and still around the same time. however i did do a test with the cutout closed then open. ran three consistent times. then open the cutout and ran 2 tenths quicker. so it answered my question about if it was worth it or not. so at this point, i'll leave it open for now on.

it stayed busy. i wasn't expecting it to be so busy but hey, i guess everyone had the same idea. i did see two assclowns race for a 1000 bucks tho. one kid had a 90's model ford probe and the other kid was the one with the dodge stealth. i offered to run the winner for the same amount and both declined. they ran a best of 16 something.

but i opened the cutout and ran 2 tenths quicker. of course that was next to a car that rode on two wheels until the 330 ft mark. so i looked slower than slow.

Wish I could find some kids locally that dumb! I did get a guy telling me he wanted to race my truck with his caddy. He said it was in the 14s. I showed him my old time slip of a 15.4, then told him I added electric fans and headers since then, so I SHOULD be a high 14. I wonder how much money this guy is willing to throw down?
