NO....this little jerk was purging it downward toward the ground. That's why the track people couldn't figure out what the hell he was "leaking". Plus, it was very soapy, not like regular $1.00 blue washer fluid. I still can't believe I witnessed this with my own eyes.... holy cow these kids are retarded.
