moog part numbers

moog part numbers
can anyone help me clearify the part numbers for the moog outer tie rod ends? 06 classic 5.3 crew....i see MOES3493T and MOES3492T, both say they are a direct fit for the front. Is it one for each side?
edit: according to summit's website 3492 fits both sides...
