my 01 just rolled over 104K today. still runs strong and haven't noticed any power loss. of course my oil and maintenance has been done regular. no problems. only stock things that have gone out is the batt at 80K and the rear brakes have been replaced. i feel that these trucks were built to go the long haul....

88K miles so far on our Yukon Denali. Throttle body was cleaned out at 80K (engine was stalling every so often up till that point), regular oil changes. Front pads replaced at ~55K, rear's replaced at 84K. Rear tires slashed at 30K miles, and those were replaced, 4 new Michelins put on 3 days ago. Going to replace the spark plugs and wires in the next couple weeks. Tranny replaced at 48K (cooler line bursting and most of the fluid draining out = bai bai). Battery replaced at 76K. Interior is holding up pretty well; driver's side seat leather has a lot of wear on the sides. There aren't any rattles, with the exception of some panels I took off and didn't put back on correctly. I'm thinking the shocks might need to be replaced soon, as the handling is starting to get pretty sloppy (more than usual for a 5500lb behemouth), and the ride doesn't feel as good as when we first got it.

Only mods done are a Volant intake tube with modified stock air-box, and 2 cut-outs right after the cats. All done within the last 6K miles. Right now, computer says we've averaged 14mpg over the past 12K. After cleaning out the throttle body, and starting to change oil with half & half synth and dino, mileage has gone from 13.2 to the current 14.

Overall, the truck has held up very well. It has enough power to get up and going, hasn't had any problems towing when we've had to, and contrary to popular belief about GM vehicles, has been pretty reliable, with the exception of the afformentioned problems. I think if I was in the market for another large SUV again, I would get another one (providing it's got the Gen IV Vortec 6000. 390hp = major hit.).

145k miles !?! That's impressive!! I thought I was one of the only ones with high mileage. My 02 has 87,000 miles.

my old man's 01 has about 70k on it and he just had to replace the battery and his wheel bearings on the front passengers side yesterday. Those are the only things he's ever had to replace from stock.

I'm still trying to get over the fact that someone wants to go TO Denton, TX..... .....I've got relatives there and every time I go it's all I can do to not run away screaming (it's mostly the relatives though...Denton's not such a bad place)

as for the truck.....I've got 75K and have had ZERO problems with the engine and trans (had an O2 sensor go...but that's pretty basic)
