Default Manual Tow Mirrors to Power fold/heated NO power to any controls

My truck came with the totally manual towing mirrors and I recently purchased some power fold/heat/turn signal mirrors to swap on. Everything went fine swapping the pass side, I went to test it and nothing worked so I figured the driverside had to be done before it would swapped it on and nothing worked. My windows and door locks dont work either on the front two doors. The rears work when I start the truck and put it in drive it tries to lock all four doors but only the rear two lock. The driverside turn signal works in the mirror but not the passenger side turn signal in the mirror. Am I missing something? I could understand if the plug was loose or something but not on both sides. Does it need to be flashed by the dealer, I already called the service department and the service advisor I got ahold of had never heard of it which doesnt surprise me. The truck is a fully loaded LT leather etc.

Add to the list the remote keyless entry doesnt work. The dome light doesnt come on when I open up the door either.
