I am running a Nelson tune, and have been for a while. At the time, there was him and 1 or 2 others tuning and he seemed to have the best rep and did the majority of the tunes on here so I went with him. I here a lot of good things about Wheatly now though, so the results will probably be between the two.

Don't know anything about black bear, but as for the logging, Nelson will work with you on your tune if you have a way to log it and send the info, but he doesn't provide you anything to log with. I would assume Wheatly would to, but don't know anything about their tunes either.

Research is good. You cannot do too much of it. I highly recommend it.

Allen at Nelson Performance made the diffrence to me. His customer service is top shelf! He's tuned my truck several times and I've sent multiple friends to him and they are all satisfied.

This last tune he worked up for me was perfect!! I did some major modding, and I decided to log it after Nelson tuned it. It was dead on perfect!!!

Dusty Wilde (Wilde Racing) did mine though the mail and sent me a scanner as well. We have sent pcms back and forth for a while now so my tune is getting spot on. He has spent alot of time dealing with me and provides great support!
