maf plug , anyone??

Default maf plug , anyone??

im trying to get plug for my maf, the make part so i can extend the wires from my original maf wihtout cutting them. the maf has the plug built in so i dont know where to get this. does anyone have any idea of where a plug might be found or where i would get them? i need a make and a female plug.

Might check with Speartech, but I doubt you'll find much....what's wrong with cutting and extending the wires?

No buddy makes a female end like the MAF has, you can actually move the MAF a lot just buy cutting the wires out of the lume. I moved mine to the drivers side front of the motor without cutting the wires.

What kb said is a good idea. If it's not long enough you can cut it somewhere in the middle and splice in new wiring. You should solder or butt splice/quick disconnect and put shrink tubing over each connection and a larger piece of shrink tubing over the whole spliced area.

You can probably get it at your local dealership's parts dept or a salvage yard...
