most maf mess up if your not careful with it but like i stated before i took mine off even before a tune and havent had any problems with it. my truck shifts great and well... if most of the guys here say leave it alone i guess leave it alone. but that honeycomb screen did look like it blocked a lot of air....

mine has been descreen for about 3 years and no problems yet and i run no filter @ the track

Leave it alone! On that same note, anyone have a screened maf sensor they want to get rid of?

i descreened 3 maf's with no problems that i knew of. i didnt feel ANY gains at all, and we didnt know it was reading wrong until we plugged into my truck to do some tuning. leave it alone
