Did you run any fuel injection cleaner through it?

no I didn't you think that will help?like sea foam or 44k?

wouldn't hurt... If it has alot of carbon deposits the valves might not be seating properly.

Over time it could clean it up and improve compression as you have seen.

ok I'll get a can of that 44k from work and sea foam thru the brake booster

Take spark plugs out of all low holes, couple squirts of oil each low hole- reinstall plugs, retest compression. I'd say this should give ya a good idea where to go B4 tearing anything apart...............
