Hey guys,
I tossed on a Powerbond %25 UD pulley from scoggin dickey back in July, during the summer I never had an issue.
Now that its dead of winter here in igloo land and the heaters are going, Im noticing my charging voltage isnt keeping up at idle, lights dim, blower fan slows down. Sometimes I'll just pop it in neutral and rev a bit just so I dont end up with a dead battery!
Would an OD Alternator Pulley be the answer?
TSP offers a ASP OD Pulley
for the nasty question, what would the belt length be with that Powerbond %25 UD crank pulley and the ASP OD Alt pulley?
edit: This is on my daily driver

Pulley 540120 fits, I ordered through Summit instead of TSP cause it was cheaper and shipping to Canada was about 2/3 of the cost
belt 4060885 is the SMALLEST you can go on a 140A alt, tensioner only has about an 1/8" to its smallest setting, you'll have to do either the water pump or idler pulley last since they have a smooth edge to slip it over.
if your part store has a 4060887 belt available then definitely grab that
