That makes no sense but ill roll with it. If you say someone is on the phone during their tests, you are also refering to the guy I was racing being on the phone during the race.

But nuff said

Nice kill....4.8's rule!

BTW, 350Z aren't slow. They hang with lightly modded LT1 f-bodies around here.

Hmm... 4.8 with 3.42's with no information on mods at time of race. 350z stock 14.3 quarter mile and 5.5 0-60 (car and driver). something is not adding up. 'MacADaYear" do you have any time slips.

He did give info on mod's. The 350Z's that are fairly quick are the Touring package 6 speeds. Those things do haul and get into low 14's. He probably raced an automatic. The 4.8 is a pretty weak motor but with some bolt on's it can definitly run. Nice kills though it's always nice to hand ricers their *** when they think there car is the ****. In a truck it's 10 times better.

Depending on what kind of tuning Mac's trucks has, his truck should be in the low to mid 15's. According to several sources, an M6 350Z will do very low 14 and an auto high 14's stock. I belive he took it that 350Z as I have seen weird **** happened on the street.

not saying it didnt happen, but i feel sorry for the guy that spent close to 30K for a car that is capable of high 12's with minimal bolt-on's. Only to find out that the posing is probably what cost him the race. Just getting into the truck scene this kind of information is exciting to see what the 5.3 is going to do for me.

14.3 1/4 mile? With a stick shift and a good driver maybe...and you know how people in L.A. are excellent drivers
He said the guy was on the cell phone so he probably had an automatic...
"Nissan 350Z Roadster - V6 3.5L (287 hp) 4A 14.86 96.70MPH"
With that info, you're telling me any driver, even a 16 year old girl who just got her license, will run that? Please...I know Mac runs at least low 15s on street tires...probably high 14's with some DRs or slicks...
It's not liek he said he smoked the 350Z, he said he had a 1/2 length on him then it was neck and neck....those 342s pull like a **** so I know he gave him a run for his money up top.
4.8's =
