Default Knocking Noise

Well guys my truck started making a knocking sound, but its coming from under the truck under the motor... I know its not the lifters, what else can it be??? I dont have any problems with oil pressure everything seems to be ok, only thing I did was put my stock converter on but I dont think it has anything to do with the converter I still drive it and no problem but the noise wont go away, what can it be????

That is what I was going to say, check your converter bolts.

See my "big problem" thread in the general section. I have this same noise, rattley/grinding when I drive. Motor has good oil pressure, revves good, and the trans shifts as normal. I've got it narrowed down to a defective starter hanging up on the flexplate, loose tq. converter bolts, and a broken flexplate.
