Default Keep those injectors clean

I commute with my truck - about 600 miles a week and I keep a very consistent MPG - right around 19.8 to 20.1 (I always check my mpg with every fillup and I am consistent in the way I fill the tank as well.)

My last two tanks of gas were each met with a bottle of STP fuel injector cleaner.

I did a new mpg check with a new tank of gas and 21.9mpg is the new figure. All I have to say is wow - I hope it stays there. I'll run another tank to back it up, as I always like to see a consistent pattern.

I ran some tests using Outlaw octane booster on two different occasions. I used the little 8 oz. 4-pack versions.

The first time, I saw an increase of about 1.0-1.5 mpg. The second time, I saw no differences. Go figure.
